Sean helped me get a new key made and was very professional and very good at what he does he also was on time and honest. Also great prices compared to any other company. All around great experience 10/10 would recommend

Absolutely horrible. Services listed are out of date or nonexistent. They advertise “ignition replacement” and “ignition key replacement,” but I was told on the phone “no, we repair NOT replace.” Sexist too. I’ve worked in a shop all my life so I know when I’m being ripped off. Im used to it as a woman, but I hoped the good reviews would’ve meant something. Clearly not. Very rude before the conversation even started. They wanted to charge me $500 to REPAIR not REPLACE an ignition lock cylinder. How can it be $500 if Im not paying to replace the entire cylinder lock? And there’s no way a one hour job AT MOST costs $500 of labor. Do not come here unless you want to get ripped off and talked down to!

Shopped around and by far has the BEST PRICES in OC. Everyone wanted to charge me $175+ to make door keys(which I did not have) for a 98 civic. Will return whenever I need assistance with more vehicle keys 👍🏼👍🏼

Came here after work today to get a key copied for my 1992 Toyota 4Runner that I purchased and only had one key. Sean was very helpful and had a new key made in under two minutes of handing him the original. The New key worked better than the original so I had him make me another. This was such a relief after trying a KeyMe kiosk and spending 7 times the amount of money to have them not even work. You can tell Sean is very knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. I highly recommend and will be returning for any future needs. Thanks again! Mason

Very fast, professional service. I needed a new door lock cylinder for my Genesis. Called 8 different automotive locksmiths, 6 said they could not perform the service and the other 2 gave me quotes of $495 and $450 for parts and service. When I called Advanced, Ross informed me that my best option was to buy the part from the dealership, then bring it to him to install it. So I followed his advice, ordered the part from Tustin Hyundai for $160, and brought it to Advanced. They took care of me immediately upon arrival and started working on my car right away. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They charged me $50 total for installing the new key lock cylinder and making a new key, an excellent price. So my total expense was $210, 160 to Hyundai for the parts and 50 to Advanced for installation. I paid less than half the price of the next best offer I found. Everything works perfectly and I am very impressed with Advanced’s quick, quality work and remarkably fair pricing. Thank you
